RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

At AARIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clothing purchase. If you receive your order and find that the sizing or clothing article isn't quite right for you, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines for exchanges:

ELIGIBILITY

- Exchanges are only allowed for sizing issues or if you received the wrong clothing article.

- The exchange request must be initiated within one week (7 days) of receiving your order.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE

- The item(s) must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and labels attached.

- Clothing articles must not show any signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer.

EXCHANGE PROCESS 

- Contact our customer support team within the one-week window by emailing contact@shopaaria.com or DM at @shopaaria. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

- Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process, including providing a return shipping label if applicable.

- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable box to prevent damage during transit.

- Ship the item(s) back to us within seven days of receiving the return instructions.
